Our services are designed to help businesses, particularly those serving Hispanic communities in Dallas, Texas, enhance their digital marketing presence and automate customer interactions.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
- Ensure all account information is accurate and up-to-date
Content and Data
- Provide accurate and truthful information for AI training and campaigns
- Ensure you have rights to all content you upload or share
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding data collection and marketing
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
- Obtain necessary consents for customer data processing
Compliance
- Comply with all applicable marketing and advertising laws
- Follow CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and GDPR requirements
- Ensure WhatsApp and social media compliance
- Maintain proper opt-in/opt-out mechanisms
- Respect platform terms of service (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or violation of any laws or regulations
- Spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonation of others or misrepresentation of identity
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Adult content, gambling, or illegal substances promotion
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content
- Attempts to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
AI Services and Limitations
AI Performance
While our AI systems are designed to provide high-quality marketing automation and customer engagement, you acknowledge that:
- AI responses may not always be perfect or contextually appropriate
- Continuous monitoring and optimization may be required
- Results may vary based on industry, audience, and market conditions
- Human oversight is recommended for critical communications

Payment Terms

Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your original content and data
- You grant us necessary licenses to provide our services
- You can request data export or deletion upon termination
- Campaign results and generated leads belong to you
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
- Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice
- Third-party service outages may affect our services
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIPT STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI SYSTEM ERRORS OR LIMITATIONS
- THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM CHANGES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
- DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS
Termination
Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods unless required by law
- You may request data export before termination
Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate services for Terms violations
- Non-payment may result in immediate service suspension
- We will provide reasonable notice when possible
- Serious violations may result in immediate termination
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Sending email notification to your registered address
- Providing in-app notifications
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
